Hear the CRE Outlook for 2022 from one of the world’s leading real estate economists, Richard Barkham, Chief Global Economist for CBRE, who will share insights on global, regional and local trends, and market fundamentals.

Next, NAIOP 2022 Chairman Jeff Milanaik (Bridge Industrial) will lead a conversation about ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), a global business consideration of increasing importance to CRE as investors are evaluating these non-financial factors as they analyze risks and growth opportunities. Kara Edmonson (Verdani Partners) and Kerry Reef (Liberty Mutual Investments) will share:

• How ESG is shaping and influencing real estate valuation.
• What constitutes a “sustainability-proof” business.
• How ESG can build trust and prevent costly delays by meeting community needs.
• The ESG impact on infrastructure investments.
• How the pandemic has accelerated the embrace of ESG.
