Teams from four universities will present their designs for the redevelopment of a site in Trenton. Join us on April 5 (Pines Manor, Edison) to see how these future real estate professionals approach a redevelopment challenge (you might even meet a future employee), and root for your favorite school! Teams from Rutgers, Monmouth, Lehigh and Villanova will compete for a $5,000 prize.

Trenton Mayor Eric Jackson and Greater Trenton CEO George Sowa will deliver remarks, and Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman has been invited to speak.

Registration/Networking/Cocktails begin at 5:00 PM, followed by a buffet dinner and the student presentations.

Cancellation policy: By registering for this event, you agree to our payment and cancellation policy. Non-members must pay in advance. Refunds will not be given on registrations canceled within three business days of the event. If you must cancel, please submit your cancellation in writing to giaquinto@naiopnj.org. Only cancellations submitted in this fashion and at least 3 business days prior to the event will be honored.
